The Q.U.E.E.R Youth Network is a community of young change makers that exists to connect, empower and up-skill young queer people to be advocates for themselves, as well as community wellbeing and unity throughout the LGBTQIA+ community and society more broadly.

  • Chance to be awarded seed funding from Voices of Influence Australia’s Future Leaders Incubator Fund (A$3,000.00).

    The awardees of the Future Leaders Incubator Fund will have the opportunity to work directly with Voices of Influence Australia’s Leadership team to design, develop and deliver their community project for an additional 6 months (Jan - Jun 2025).

  • The Q.U.E.E.R Youth Network is open to any and all young people 18 - 24 that identify as LGBTIQA+, queer, non-binary or gender-diverse.

  • All costs associated with the Q.U.E.E.R Youth Network program are covered by Voices of Influence Australia. This includes travel and accomodation costs for participants are unfortunately not included in the program (excluding regional program participants granted part-scholarship).

  • Voices of Influence Australia is able to offer a program subsidy to regional program participants in order to best support access and participation. This subsidy is to cover travel costs and accomodation for those travelling distance to participate in the program.

    Priority is given to participants who may be needing disability assistance to support their participation, those who come from lower socio-economic backgrounds, CALD and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants.

  • The mission of the Future Leaders Incubator Fund is to back young people to continue to make meaningful and impactful impact on their communities.

    The Future Leaders Incubator Fund provides mentorship, leadership development, and project support through both seed funding and community resources.

    Participants of Q.Y.N will form groups and one group (from both the Urban and Regional cohort) will receive $3,000.00 in seed funding for a community project
