This survey is about understanding the needs of young women and the barriers they may face to gender equality and equity. Moreover, here we aim to identify the priorities for a gender-equal society and how we might achieve meaningful outcomes for those priorities.

The Australian Government is currently developing the National Strategy to Achieve Gender Equality. Voices of Influence Australia will use the results of this survey to inform their submission to the public consultation that is now open.
